Auxiliary Equipment

The Pulva Feeder, Cryogenic Feeder, Pulvalve (rotary airlock) and the Pulva Crusher can all be used to expand and enhance your feeding and grinding capabilities. All of this auxiliary equipment is manufactured using the same high standards as used in our hammer mills.

Pulvalve - Rotary Valve Feeder

The Pulvalve is available in 2", 4", 6" and 8" sizes. The standard alloy is gray iron, with stainless steel, bronze and other various materials available. The unit is furnished with or without drive and supplied with 8 vaned rotor and spring loaded wiper blades in standard configuration.

Pulva-Feeder - For Difficult Feeding

The Performance
The Pulva-Feeder's continuous discharge rate at any setting is accurate, with a constant head, to plus or minus 1% for materials of uniform density that pack without voids. The Pulva -Feeder assures a uniform, smooth flow of material at a rate you require, be it pounds per hour or tons per hour.

The Design
The Pulva-Feeder is designed to make the feeding of wet, oily, light or dry materials a continuous operation.

The Adaptability
The Pulva-Feeder's basic design lends itself too many and varied feeding applications. For example, it can feed materials such as acid salts, petroleum coke, and vinyl compounds.

Pulva Crusher

This crusher is designed to pre-crush material up to 4" size, depending on the hardness of that material. With 1 or 2 HP motor its capacity ranges from 500 to 3000 lbs. per hour crushing material to 5/8" and smaller.
