Size Reduction Equipment Manufacturer Unveils Line of  Made in USA Pulverizers

Valencia, PA, May 21, 2027 - Size reduction equipment manufacturer Pulva Corp., Valencia, PA, (pulva.com), has unveiled a line of pulverizers. Designed and manufactured at the company's Valencia, Pennsylvania headquarters, the made in USA Pulva-SizerTM line of hammer mills features six standard  models in a range of sizes from benchtop to scale up and mass production plus custom models to offer uniform particle sizing for a diverse variety of materials and applications. The Pulva-Sizer impact pulverizers automatically grind dry, wet, fibrous, abrasive, and other materials and  ingredients down to a preset particle size at high throughputs with precise control over the particle size distribution. Ideal for food, grain, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers, the Pulva-Sizer pulverizing machines automatically introduce material from a hopper via twin feed screws into a grinding chamber where high-speed, rotating hammers continuously reduce the particle size. When the material meets the required size, it passes through a screen to discharge downstream. The Pulva-Sizer pulverizer mills operate in both continuous and batch processes and include a choice of hammers, screen hole sizes, screen materials, and other equipment based on the application.

The Pulva-Sizer line of pulverizers may be tested using full-size, fully operating machines at the company's on-site testing laboratory. To schedule a material test, contact sales@pulva.com.
